Is it really white-label?
Yes. Each school runs on its own subdomain with your logo, colours and name, so students only ever see your brand. The platform disappears behind your identity, and your branding carries through every quiz, leaderboard and results screen.
Are quizzes live or async?
Both. You can host a real-time, host-paced quiz from the front of the hall, or open an attempt window students play on their own time. Either way, answers are auto-graded the moment students submit, feeding a live leaderboard and Gold, Silver and Bronze badge tiers.
What are the three add-ons?
GoalKeepers is the hub, and three Prayaas add-ons connect to it: Prayaas Assessments for board-aligned mock exams and diagnostic reports, a Social Media Studio for planned posting, and a Website AI Chatbot that answers questions on your site and captures admission leads. Switch each one on as you grow.
How do staff sign in to the add-ons?
With one sign-on. Once an add-on is switched on, your staff open it straight from the dashboard - already authenticated, with no second login to remember. One set of credentials covers GoalKeepers and every connected product.
How is each school's data kept separate?
Every school is an isolated tenant, enforced at the database level. One school can never read another school’s rosters, questions, results or analytics - your students, staff and data stay entirely your own.
Does it help with competitive-exam prep?
Yes. The practice zone tracks topic mastery and keeps a mistake notebook, so students revise exactly what they got wrong and build readiness over time. For formal, board-aligned mock exams and diagnostic reports, connect the Prayaas Assessments add-on.
How does billing work?
Billing is India-first and built in, using Razorpay subscriptions priced in INR. You manage your plan from the dashboard and can change it at any time - updates take effect once payment confirms.
How quickly can we start?
Quickly. There is no setup marathon: most schools build a question bank and publish their first quiz the same afternoon. Book a demo and we’ll set up your branded workspace with you.
