Terms of Service
The terms that govern how schools, staff and students use GoalKeepers and its connectable add-ons.
Last updated 25 June 2026
These terms are a template provided as a starting point. Each school runs GoalKeepers under its own branding and should review and adapt this document with its own legal counsel before relying on it.
Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the GoalKeepers platform, the marketing site, and any connected add-ons. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using GoalKeepers on behalf of a school, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that school. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
The service
GoalKeepers is a white-label student-engagement platform for schools, built on the Prayaas Assessments engine. Each school operates its own isolated workspace, usually on its own subdomain with its own colours and logo. The platform brings together live and async quiz events, a question bank, the Saturday weekly challenge, a practice zone with topic mastery and a mistake notebook, leaderboards and badge tiers, student ambassadors, analytics, attendance, homework and kindergarten planning, and competitive-exam readiness.
We may add, change or remove features over time as the platform evolves. The features available to your school depend on what your school has switched on.
School & user accounts
Schools create and manage accounts for their staff, ambassadors and students. The account holder is responsible for keeping sign-in credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under their account. Single sign-on lets staff move between GoalKeepers and any connected add-ons while already authenticated.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date. Please tell us, or your school administrator, promptly if you believe an account has been used without authorisation.
Acceptable use
The platform is provided for legitimate educational use within a school. You agree not to:
- Use the platform unlawfully, or in a way that infringes the rights of others or disrupts the service for other schools.
- Attempt to access another school's workspace or data, or to circumvent the per-school isolation that keeps each school self-contained.
- Probe, scan or test the security of the platform, interfere with its normal operation, or introduce malicious code.
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate for a school setting, or share account credentials with people outside your school.
Content & intellectual property
The GoalKeepers platform, its software and its design system remain the property of GoalKeepers and its licensors. The white-label branding a school applies - its own colours, logo and subdomain – remains the property of that school.
Content your school adds to the platform, such as question banks, homework, planning material and the records its activity produces, remains your school's content. Your school grants us the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content so the platform can run for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you add.
Connectable add-ons
GoalKeepers offers optional add-ons a school can switch on, with single sign-on from the GoalKeepers workspace. Each add-on runs in its own per-school workspace and handles only the information needed for its purpose:
- Prayaas Assessments - board-style mock exams, diagnostic reports and analytics for staff and students.
- Website AI Chatbot - answers visitor questions from your knowledge base and captures enquiry details into a per-school admin dashboard.
- Social Media Studio - plans, schedules and publishes posts from a shared content calendar in your school's own workspace.
Connecting an add-on is at your school's discretion. Your use of a connected add-on is also subject to these terms, and information shared with an add-on is limited to what that add-on needs to work.
Billing & subscriptions
GoalKeepers includes built-in, India-first billing. Where a school takes out a paid subscription, the fees, billing cycle and any applicable taxes are those agreed with the school. Unless agreed otherwise, subscriptions continue for their term and access to paid features depends on the subscription remaining active.
We may update pricing or billing arrangements from time to time, and will make any such changes clear to the school in advance. Questions about a school's billing are handled with that school directly.
Disclaimers & warranties
We work to keep GoalKeepers reliable and secure, but the platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is described here. Schools remain responsible for how they use the platform with their staff and students.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoalKeepers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. This section sets out a starting position only, and the precise limits for your school should be settled in the arrangement agreed with it.
Termination
A school may stop using GoalKeepers at any time in line with the arrangement agreed with it. We may suspend or end access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, where required by law, or where continuing the service is no longer reasonably possible. On termination, a school's data can be removed or returned in line with the arrangement agreed with the school.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves or as legal requirements change. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms, so we encourage you to review them periodically.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes relating to them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing with a school.
Contact
If you have questions about these terms or about your use of the platform, please get in touch through our contact page. For matters relating to a particular school's workspace, that school remains the first point of contact.
